DISPATCH PRO

PLS Dispatch Pro is a one-stop shop for continuing dispatcher education (CDE) training. Our one-hour online lessons provide a cost-effective alternative to traditional classroom or online training programs. Additionally, our training satisfies many state and national re-certification requirements, including EMD certification by IAED and APCO.

Each thought-provoking and engaging lesson provides a comprehensive view into a real 9-1-1 call evaluated by industry professionals. The lesson also covers a variety of related topics, such as technology, current events, psychology, or information about a specific public safety issue. In addition, our lessons help agencies reduce risk by providing attorney perspectives on practices that may expose an agency to liability.

We are extremely passionate about supporting our first, first responders and our mission is to help them make good decisions. A large part of that is ensuring that dispatchers take care of their own mental health. So, in addition to a comprehensive curriculum, each of our lessons also features a dispatcher mental health section designed to give the lesson taker tools to help them survive working in their high-stress industry.
